Performance marketing for SaaS companies
I'm a senior performance marketer with over 10 years of experience driving user and lead growth for B2B SaaS. My focus is paid search and paid media, backed by deep experience in mobile acquisition, web analytics, and attribution.
Most of that work was in-house, most recently at two of the most ambitious and high growth SaaS companies out of New Zealand: Tradify and Xero.
That in-house background shapes how I work. I own the channel end to end, and I treat campaigns, measurement, and reporting as one system, not separate jobs. The point is growth you can tie back to pipeline and revenue, not platform metrics.
How I work
Measurement first. You cannot run paid media efficiently without accurate data. I start by making sure the right things are tracked properly, so decisions come from evidence, not opinion.
Full ownership. You work with me directly. I run the channel the way an in-house lead would, make the calls, and move fast. No account managers, no layers in between.
Systems, not one-offs. Every business is different, so the channels and strategy that work for one will not always work for another. I build acquisition systems that fit the business and keep working, rather than one-off campaigns.
I'm also building AI into how I work. Less time on manual execution, more on strategy and judgement.
